21 smoker
Kinda strange to see such an early catalog with the horizotal grip on the cover...I don`t recall seeing that before...maybe that`s why it brought $529.00.. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/wink.gif
gijive
QUOTE (21 smoker @ Mar 22 2005, 09:04 PM)Kinda strange to see such an early catalog with the horizotal grip on the cover... 21 smoker, It's a 1929 catalogue. The U.S. Navy Model and horizontal foregrip option was introduced in 1928. Auto-Ordnance was trying to push the Navy Model to increase sales. It is unusual to have the catalogue complete with the price list insert. Still, the price was a little more than one would expect for a cataloge in that condition, but that's Ebay!
