This model was made for the US Government, specifically for the US armed forces. We would get pallets of these in for repair. Usually it was just a bad printhead or power supply; sometimes they had been droped. One day we got one that had a tag on it that said "this son-of-a-b!tc# is dead!" I thought the note was a bit harsh, but I tried to test it. When I tried to test, it was dead alright, nothing.
