Black River Militaria CII
The OP is most likely looking for the lower feed arm, not a " feed pawl". Since he is learning the nomenclature, I suspect he might be confusing the two and his feedblock has a broken feed arm, which is so common. But, maybe his feed pawls are missing in the shuttle or the lower ones are gone.........I have never heard of new made feed pawls but again, maybe someone is making them....Just sayin'..... waterdawg2004
How about springs for the feed block, for the feed pawls? Is anybody making those? Also Black River Militaria fixed my lower feed arm, ask him if he can fix it. The OP is most likely looking for the lower feed arm, not a " feed pawl". Im extremely new to all this so the nomenclature is very foreign to me.
waterdawg2004
To clarify for myself, I need only the "feed slide pawl spring", see attached pic, spring circled in red. Can I just pull this out, bend it farther apart to make it work? Or do they need to be heat treated to work right? Thanks for any info.

Black River Militaria CII
Grauwolf: As I noted above, the cut off part is not a pawl, but a "feedarm", and in this case it is the lower feedarm. It helps to use the correct terminology....... Edited June 4, 2020 by Black River Militaria CII
grauwolf
Im also looking for an mg08 water jacket drain valve assembly, not sure if thats the correct name for it
Black River Militaria CII
Many 08s are missing the brass valve and the part is very difficult to obtain. Not an easy part to faithfully repro either. Just have to keep looking and asking.
