This guy in Sweden has all of those 21 actuators - going for $405 evertime. His stuff must be gold plated. On another note, he usually has a ton of them, so eventually the market may fall away and they become more like what Lionhart quoted... but I'm not holding my breath. Then we can explain what they actually won and the real cost. If we attempt to educate each person it would help to slow down the pace at which the prices are rising.
