DukeNukem
Good Evening Gents, I have a drum that was converted at some point to work with m1 TSMGs. It works great and Sandman1957 was present when i bought it with my m1 and tested it. Now will anybody trade me an excellent condition repro taiwanese regular L drum? It would give a lucky m1 owner the ability to shoot drums. Thanks! Beau Edited July 6, 2017 by DukeNukem

Gio
The looks of the welds and lips I can't believe it will feed correctly. The idea is clever but not very professionally done. Good luck with your sale. Frank
DukeNukem
I agree it looks wonky. They used a stick mag and had to make it single feed from the left side
MG08
Not sure why they made it that way- We did some conversions back in the old days, and we just added the T rib off the scrap stick mag . Not sure why you would have to change out the feed lips. We made drums for the Reising and Smith 76 as well, Finding cheap doner 45 drums was the problem. We used Suomi drums for the 76, and had to cut up a stuck mag to make a tower. I havea prototype 76 drum here somewhere but all the 45 drums are long gone.
