I was going to wait to correct you :blush: . I was certain these were earlier (should have looked in the catalog). Here are some pics of mine although I could not read the address. I believe these are made of bakelite that is molded around a metal core. It's odd that Tear Gas Munitions does not cover these exact models.

Would look good with an overstamp. I would guess they were only made a few years as the leather ringed ones are much more common. Value is tough as I have not seen enough change hands. I would think $300-$400 but that's just a guess. Other than mine, I have only seen one other for sale in the few years I've been into tear gas stuff.

Not to hijack the thread but I looked at two Federal Labs Billy's tear gas clubs today, one with brass fittings and a 1925 patent date. The other a similar piece with no patent date and alumimum fittings. Any idea of values?
