TSMGguy Posted June 5, 2021 Report Share Posted June 5, 2021 Wouldn't celebrate just yet. The ban was overturned, yes, but the order was immediately stayed by the same judge. The state attorney general has 30 days to weigh in, which will certainly happen. Remember, this happened with California's high capacity mag ban, too. IIRC, the ruling went to the 9th circuit court of appeals, where it was overturned by a three judge panel. There was a real mag buying frenzy during the short period of time where the ruling was in effect, less than a week, again IIRC. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
