Hi can anyone help please, I just purchased my first M1, I would like to know the approx date the serial number is 356998.

Congratulations on your acquisition!

You have chosen well (in my opinion)!

I don't have American Thunder withme, but in any case, please indentify the manufacturer. On the underside of the nose of the receiver (where the barrel is screwed in) between the magazine well and the forearm bar there is an "AOC" (for Auto Ordnance) or an "S" (for Savage). That will aid the person who helps you in approximating the date.
