Flamethrower On Sons Of Guns?

Supposedly they rebuilt a WWII flamethrower but this is not one. Does anyone recognize the back half? Is this an M3 Disperser or an agricultural sprayer? Looks like a M16 grip and toggle switch on the front end. I did enjoy seeing the vet shoot it.

The M3 did had a thinner grip. The one they used looked kind of familiar. Their fuel line goes in the rear like the M3 instead of in the side like a US flamethrower. I thought they said they were restoring the Vets WWII flamethrower. It may be some sort of agricultural sprayer with a torch clamped to the front. Did the full episode show any close ups of it being "rebuilt"?
