New Baby (m1) Came Home

Recommended Posts

Yippie!!! I just picked up my Savage M1(A1). I'm moving this week, so my camera is somewhere? in all the boxes.

I called NFA branch last week about getting my 5320 signed. No response for about a month. Got thru to the boss, talked to him, he signed the 5320. I asked about my Thompson, he found the Fm 4, approved it, , and viola!!! I have my baby.

I'll get to try it out this weekend.

PS I picked up a M1 bolt and have already replaced the A1 bolt.

V188: Warning: If this is your first Thompson then you have been exposed to a highly infectious disease known as Thompsonitius. If you are infected (and you probably are) the disease will cause you to buy extra magazines, extra parts, books on Thompsons, and eventually a second Thompson. At that point you will be faced with a dilemma. Do you sell your first Thompson now that you have a second Thompson? We who are infected know the answer. Congratulations and enjoy.

One of my simple pleasures is hearing of a new Thompson arriving in eager hands. Hawksnest is right about Thompsonitius. You'll just have to have more goodies.
