question 4 h

ADDITIONAL DISCRIPITION (including any additional information on the gun)

what did you put in here?

4i

STATE WHY YOU INTEND TO MAKE FIREARM

[i have] "to look more like a F/A thompson"

anybody else use that, or is there a better reason?

this is just my "practise" form, i have a few extras.

besides this form and the finger prints forms is there another form that needs to be sent in?(a proof of citizenship form?)

and what about the recent photo, does it NEED to be a real photo(on photo paper, or can i do a pic with a digi cam and print a pic(s) out using printer photo paper?

Brian,

Not like I'm an expert here, but I have just sent my Form 1 to the G-men in DC...on question 4h I was told my other reputable (and experienced) members to put "Thompson Semi-Automatic Carbine Caliber .45M1" (basically the print on the other side of the receiver), and on 4i I put "educational and historical demonstration uses"...I used my digi-camera and printed my own to 2"x 2" size pics on my deskjet printer on glossy paper...looks just like a passport photo...doesn't look much like my FBI picture hanging in the Post Office though, but heh... http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif

Hope this helps...

Rob
