emmagee1917
Just weld a ring to the back of the buffer tube nut , add a strap , hang it from your shoulder under your trench coat , 30 cal can on your belt ( suspenders optional ) and you're ready for an evening stroll . Sandman1957
Here is the answer to the WHY? Because no one (else) has done it. Because when you shoot it like this, it is VERY different, higher rate of fire and shoots out a flame like a flame thrower. When you put it on the line at the creek and light it off and folks see the muzzle flash and high rate of fire they love to shoot it. They STAND IN LINE to shoot it, and are GLAD they did. Same reason alot of folks made hot rods back in the day.

giantpune
You'll need a whole cow worth of leather to make an ankle holster.
pstidan
I picked up a complete 8" barrel assembly for an MG34. I have always been tempted to try it, but I don't have the cajones to actually try it. Maybe on a Postie, but I don't want to screw anything up. I could just imagine the muzzle blast and flash. BPinFL
Neat snubnose bullethose! Guess you do't need a booster with the short bbl? Am most interested in the 1919 to Mag58 tripod adapter. Anybody know where to get one, besides make it myself? Carry On,BP
johnsonlmg41
Neat snubnose bullethose! Guess you do't need a booster with the short bbl? Am most interested in the 1919 to Mag58 tripod adapter. Anybody know where to get one, besides make it myself? Carry On,BPI have that tripod setup with the adaptor and an ammo box holder that fits a 1917 browning wood box. My guess is whomever brought in the tripods knew they couldn't sell them as is for Mag58's, so to make them marketable they did a run of adaptors? I don't know who that was and suspect they all went with tripods back in the day. I'd like to know the proper description of that tripod to make a search for parts easier? If you need dimensions let me know. That is by far the best tripod out there IMO to use as a shooter for the browning or Mag platform. If I'm not mistaken that is the one referred to as part titanium? HTH
