Looks like a Model made of wood ?100% - the cop firing it likely has a revolver beneath it, you see the flash from the blank hit the rear of the wooden drum - explains choice ofoverhead shot, too. I think every city police department could benefit from an armourer sidecar with water cooled machine gun - that was cool.
