carlt
Anyone ever run into one of these early Ingram M11 holster/belt kits that was original? I found this in a early M11 sales brochure set. I had the early Seventrees marked upside down holster for one, that Ken Null told me that he had made - I think for RPB. From reading the Military test report and the MACMAN book, MAC really was pushing the M11 to replace the 1911A1 pistol in the US Military. A local MAC collector told me that Bianchi also made some prototype M11 holsters that fit on the GI pistol belts - so maybe that is who made this one in the pictire. http://i1028.photobucket.com/albums/y343/Carlton57Chev/HPIM3417_zps0leg1zrx.jpg http://i1028.photobucket.com/albums/y343/Carlton57Chev/HPIM3417_zps0leg1zrx.jpg
timkel
No I have never seen an original in the wild. But I do recall reading that the security guards at the MAC plant were armed at one time with M11's carried in belt holsters. There is a picture of the armed guards somewhere. MACMAN
I have the other pouch in the photo that was made to hold everything together. I got it in about 1988 from a guy whom worked at the plant.

If it's already in Macman, I have to apologize, I've not read through the whole thing yet. Ron
carlt
Very cool MACMAN, is there any marks on it as to who made it? Someone borrowed my copy of THE MACMAN, so I cant check it.
brazos609
I have the holster and belt plus sash, what we call a suicide strap, for the M11 .380 but not an accessories pouch. If anyone is interested in it you can contact me, I don't have any MACs anymore.
MACMAN
The photo of this weird pouch is in the MAC MAN book page 344. Frank I.D.'s it as a suppressor pouch. I pulled it out last night. No markings at all on the thing. The strap snaps only on one end.
