Bayrain
Recently won an auction for 2 Thompson grips that supposedly fit the "M1A1, M1921, M1928 and M1927". And I know for certain these don't fit even if I tried. The groves on the tops are way too small and there's even 2 little drill holes on the top of the vertical foregrips. Are these just reproductions? https://imgur.com/a/iWdNKa2
Sandman1957
Yes they are reproductions. What are you trying to fit them on. There are two different sized (width) of grip hanger bars.
deerslayer
It looks like the two are Ingram M6 grips that have the screw below the first finger grip.
Motorcar
Two of them appear to be Ingram Model 6 submachinegun grips, http://www.machinegunboards.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=11051, they have a more forward screw mount than the Thompson but nearly the same profile. 68coupe
Kahr is asking $225, if they're even in stock. I have a spare that I'd be willing to part with for $100. PM me if interested. Karl, 68 coupe
Bayrain
Yeah I was hoping to get a dark maple set. Which these match the rest of my furniture perfectly. Kahr has all their furniture marked up as super expensive. So $100 doesn't sound bad, just got to get my money back from the auction house. Bridgeport28A1
Do the M6 Ingram vertical front grips have value to M6 owners? I'd imagine they likely are not common but have no idea as I don't own a M6.
TennesseeTimmy
Get Dan Block to make you a set he can far outdo what Kahr would sell you and he offers custom woods, etc. he made me a set of grips that perfectly match my GI stock. Well worth it.
