Lord Of The Rings

Recommended Posts

Peter Jackson , who today won the Oscar for best Director and best picture for "The Lord of the rings," "Return of the king"plus ten other Oscars is in fact a very keen THOMPSON collector.

Dan Hanna, who won an Oscar for best Art Director for the trilogy is a MAJOR THOMPSON COLLECTOR.

Dan Hanna is a personal friend and Auction contender for those Thompsons which come up for auction from time to time in Middle Earth.

I can tell you all, that Peter Jackson and Dan Hanna are perfect Thompson collector folk , and that about sums up thier unique personality.

Tonight, I am very proud to be a "Lord of the Rings fan" a "Thompson fan" and a hairy footed Hobbit from middle Earth New Zealand.

WOW! That is great to know. I am glad he is not another anti-gun hollywonk leftist wackos, or at least wanting to join them. I guess not being from there gave him a different perspective on gun ownership. I love his Lord of the Rings trilogy. He deserves all the oscars won for those films. Like PhilOhio said, send them this way. With all the money he has made, and will make, on these movies he will be able to buy any Thompson he desires.
