Sandman1957
I cannot save a working copy of the latest Form Four dated "OMB No. 1140-0014 (06/30/2019)" on the top right hand corner of the page and that has the RED "ATF Copy" etc at the bottom of each page, "ATF E-Form 4 (5320.4) Revised September 2017" on the bottom right. Can this newest pdf file be saved? Or, is it my computer, my version of Adobe? When I try to save it, I get a "cannot be saved, print a copy for you files". I am guessing this is a problem with me, my computer, and software and not that BATFE has decided to not allow us to keep electronic copies. Besides hand printing in black ink, what can I do to fix this problem short of paying $12.99 per month for a new adobe license. (which I do not use enough to justify)FrustratedSandman1957
9406170
There are ways to unlock a secured PDF, but the easiest way to work around it is to use Google Chrome Save as PDF. I download the form, open it in Foxit PDF, fill out the form, save, open the saved form it in Google Chrome, Save as PDF, open the new PDF in Foxit, use Image Annotation to add the photo, and print. That is what I did for the Form 4 I sent at the end of September. Edited October 12, 2017 by 9406170
