huggytree Posted February 24, 2018 Report Share Posted February 24, 2018 no i know the MW isnt frank....i just find it odd a business bids 10x's......sounds like hyper buyer and not a relaxed, efficient business way to do things.... i dont know anything about the gun...if it IS 100% correct $38k is a very low price on this gun...crazy low.......i thought there was some talk on the barrel not being correct..in some pics it actually looks bent!....i am no colt expert at all....but i find it odd no actuator wear on the top....it would make me question the gun perfect colts sell for $45k...why only 2 bidders? thats not normal at all... my gun has some mis match parts on it.....i think most 1928's do......m1a1's who would ever know...but most 1928's i looked at had wrong things going on...replaced barrel, wrong wood...its been a long time since guys really evaluated thompsons here like they did 2 years ago....post a thompson and ask for opinions 2 years ago and you got 20 answers...not all agreeing of course, but you got something.....seems like now you post a gun and you get 2-3 responses....sometimes none Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
