Broken Record

Recommended Posts

At the risk of repeating what many others have said, PK does amazing work!

I just got my 27A1 bolt handle back from him. He cut it down to smoothy 28 actuator style and reblued it. What a difference it makes on top of that receiver! If you have a Westy or Kahr 27A1 and have been considering doing this small change, don't wait, it looks terrific! PK is the MAN!

Unfortunately not this year Jim, although I would love nothing more. I am sure the board will be well represented.

I do look forward to the day when I can meet all you guys face to face. Till then, farewell

Regarding Doug Richardson’s semi actuators- they are simply the best. I can reform a WH or Kahr, but there are other issues in the stem that Doug has addressed that make his superior, as well as the real knurling (which must be applied prior to slotting the top). I do hope he will continue production, but in the meanwhile a reformed one is better than the original cheese grater!

Oh yes, very much so. Hopefully I am the only one here stupid enough to have tried shaping his with a dremel. To PK's credit he didn't ask me the really embarrassing questions I deserved.

Dremels ought to be registered.
