You can file as an individual.  Its right on the e file form..

I stand corrected, but you still have to mail them fingerprint cards. Right now the E file is down. I’ll look tomorrow.

And what about the passport-size photos?

 

Do they get mailed as well?

 

Or does the e-file contain the photos?

you can get a passport photo app on your iphone.  Worked well for me...

Ok, so the print cards go via snail mail. How do they tie them to your Form 1 ?

Got it. But my question is how does the ATF tie the prints to the e-filed Form 1 ?

A paper you print and send in with the prints when you submit you Efile paperwork .

Just got my Form 1 APPROVED! via E-File.   18 days from filing to approval!

 

Was it 18 days from PENDING RESEARCH notification? Thanks

Took trip to see Deerslayer yesterday.    He put on my 10.5 barrel and a GI front sight.   Had a great time there.  He does great work and has a wealth of knowledge.  He has some pretty cool guns he is working on also.  I would recommend his work to anyone!   Thanks again Dan!
