javlin
I have only owned once a BM59 #000186 back years ago but cut it loose to generate funds for my shop it was a semi only.I recently came across this http://www.gunsinternational.com/Beretta-Model-BM-59-308-One-of-original-300-by-Beretta-.cfm?gun_id=100326252 which is list as select fire.I instantly looked for a cutout tinking maybe like the M14 towards the heal but appears up front?A strange switch if that is it just looking for some confirmantion sure wish I had the funds. hawksnest
You can not see the selector in any of the photos posted with the ad because the selector switch is located on the left side of the receiver near the front. The BM59 selector/system is somewhat similar to the M-2 carbine. That is one great price! I doubt it will be listed for sale for very long before it is sold
Frenchkat
You can see the selector in two pictures and the end of the trip in the 1st picture.
javlin
Thanks fellas I see it now.So what we see on the R/S of the receiver is part of the selector just not the lever part.I dare say that gun should be in the neighborhood of $11-13K easy.I found a para setup in select going for $11k. .
