Current wait on Form 1 Efile?

Wanting to go SBR route - what's the current approval wait time for an Efile?

Depends. I e-filed oct 4 and i'm still waiting. Some folks have been getting them back in a few weeks. Other folks get flagged for the FBI background check and we'll probably be waiting for another 10 months. I have about 8 stamps I paper filed from as far back as 3/2018 and I'm still waiting on the background checks on those to clear.

 

One thing I can say for sure. You'll get your stamp back sooner if you file it now than if you wait.

The last E-File F1 I submitted was 19 days after I mailed in the prints to approval......this was right before the shutdown. 2-3 week times were the norm.

my shortest E-file for a form 1 SBR's was 17 days, the last one was during the Gov shut sown and was a little over 4 weeks

Mine in the fall was 5 days from submission to pending and then 7 days from pending to approval. I going to be doing another here shortly, just need FP cards. I will update later on how it goes.
