I reversed engineered the actuator and ordered a steel prototype to be made ( delivery 2/10). Anyway I do not have a colt Thompson to validate my prototype and I was wondering if there would be someone on the board that I could send it to for a fit and function test before I do a production run of them. ron_brock Posted February 10, 2019 Report Share Posted February 10, 2019 Is it 3d printed or cast? You may look at increasing a few radii to help lower stresses.
