Source for Savage M1A1 Parts

Recommended Posts

This lower was gifted to me by a friend yesterday, internals are all Savage, internals were perfect, needs some springs which is no big deal to find, exterior finish was a bit rough. My friend said that the person he picked it up from was going to throw it away! Anyone have a good source for parts to proceed with a build besides the normal SARCO or Numrich Arms? I am a SOT

M1 stuff seems less available than 28 stuff. Outside of Numrich and Sarco, you could Omega in Tucson and Keystone. Keystone's web site has a lot of out of stock stuff but it is worth a call.He had M1 bolts at Knob Creek that have been out of stock on his web site for a long time.

Thank you , I noticed as you mentioned 28 stuff is so much more readily available. I will try the sources you mentioned, appreciate the information.
