savingmypesos
Can anyone shed any light on this? I have never heard of it. Jim
fred
They're pretty ugly and not the best made/finished machine gun. A local dealer has one he has not sold in the last two years. They are worth about $3,500. They sort of resemble a Thompson. Sort of.

Jay Baker
Save your money, Jim. Those Spitfires are POS's. They were the cheapest entry level subgun you could buy. A couple of years ago, I saw one for 399 when a MAC was 1500 and under. Its one saving grace is that it takes cheap mags. An Ingram M6 or Reising would be a lot nicer gun, although the mags are expensive(for right now.) I can't figure out why he would want so much for Spitfires when his prices on the other guns seems to be in line with everyone else's. They ain't all that. It's a 2000 dollar gun in today's crazy market, tops. Just my opinion.
philasteen
I did a double take when I saw what he was asking for those Spitfires. Even $2,000 is way too much for one of those POSs. Edited July 28, 2004 by philasteen
