I thought some of you might be interested in this, even though slightly off topic (Thompsons). I came across an interesting article on the Newscientist.com website titled, Sweeping Stun Guns To Target Crowds. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif It seems scientists in Germany are coming up with a new generation of 'wonder-weapons!' These new weapons will use a 'lightening-like beam of electricity' to stun individuals, crowds, and even incapacitate vehicles (now so heavily dependent on electronics). Actually it should be stun them Spocko! Ole bones wants a piece of the action also I see.

 

Wonder whether those were real heaters or mock ups. Would be kewl if one of the Stembridge guns turned out to be used in this episode.
