New Book?

Recommended Posts

Greetings!

The new book on American Submachine Guns should be available in a few weeks to a month. Usual delays at the printer.

The book is nearly 500 pages in size and Dan tells me that the price will be around $30.00. We will post here when book is available.

I have started work on the revised/expanded 2nd edition of American Thunder. Hope to have it late in 2004.

Frank

Frank, make sure you and Nick bring lots of copies to the TCA show in Fairfax this year. I will want mine by then. Thanks for all the info you have provided. Can't wait for the new.

I do not own a West Hurley Thompson, but it seemds that the whole post-WWII era has enough material for a book itself. Between the NAC guns, the Hurley's, drum variations, the .22s and the commemoratives, the hardware and stories are there. Any thoughts, Frank? A book like American Thunder on the Thompsons (or pseudo Thompsons, if you prefer) would be a welcome addition to Thompson libraries. Just my $.02.
