Dave Janowski
Guys I HAVE NOT forgotten just have had NO time! Currently I have done the spring shop full time, and believe me if I had 40 hours per day I would use them all! My Automotive and medical customers are killing me on delivery and lead times currently manufacturing requires "just in time" deliery, if this project were "just in time" I would be out of business! I Promise as soon as I get a few moments I will get back on the springs! Dave

Grey Crow
Dave, I'm in dire need of lighter springs! LOL, I weigh 150 with my boots on, wet, and Thompson in hand! Last time out I pulled a mussle in my bolt arm..... Ouch!! My arms are far from that of a Gorilla. http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/wink.gif

REISINGSTAR
Just a thought: Since the Kahr 1927a1 does not have a buffer disc, would the use of lighter springs cause too much stress on the receiver when the bolt recoils??What do you think. Norm
I think Dave's design uses a buffer of some sort.
