The 2018 American Thompson Association Display at Mich. Antique Arms

Recommended Posts

Well its that time of year again, becoming an annual tradition, for the Thompson display at the Michigan Antique Arms Arms Show February 3/4.

Guaranteed to be a good time and I have an order in for sunny and 70s that weekend. All snow will be targeting Ohio again. Were getting the subzero temps out of the way this week so all yall with thin blood will be ok. -1F now on its way to -7F, but its a dry cold.

If anyone would like to volunteer to help man the tables, bring along stuff for a display or just come to the show, feel free to PM me for details.

Darm. I was going to come up with CC if he was going to go again, BUT, that's the day I have to fly out to Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica.

Strictly business you know.

As always it will be a great display(s). Well worth the trip to see them.

I hope to be there at least one day... maybe Sunday at this point since Phil will be there Saturday ;). But parking is free for MAAC members Saturday only!

Too late to get a 5320.20 or I'd have brought you a true WWII classic to display for the day LOL

Got Uzi,

Do you need a 5320.20 for those things? I know Ive crossed state lines with them in my tool box before. You never know when the ole zerk fittings need a few pumps of grease. 😉

Last year I saw CC at McDonalds in Belle Union with his entourage, some kid came over and asked for an autograph. He said , " get this punk outta here " . Don't know what happened to the kid but I left.

If you see a crowd at the show, best to just stay away, IMHO. Watch the interview on TV.
