Bridgeport28A1
Do the sales flyers that Roger Cox put out contain serial numbers of machineguns other then Colt Thompsons he was offering for sale? I seem to recall that Colt Thompsons listed by serial number and possibly LE Departments but don't recall if other firearms such as Reisings also contained serial numbers and or L.E. Department or other historical information in the flyers. I have a Reising 111068 that Roger Cox obtained in January 1981 and would like to try to find out which agency it was obtained from. I have a FOIA as well as a unredacted BATF forms that trace back to Roger Cox dba Law Enforcement Ordnance Co. I have been unsuccessful in getting any specific history regarding Roger Cox dba Law Enforcement Ordnance Co on my Reising so I am hoping that he maybe included serial numbers in his sales flyers. I am posting it here as I suspect most of the collectors that have his 1981 era sales flyers do so in association with a Thompson. The Reising may have been in a flyer dated between January 1981 and June 1981. Edited December 13, 2018 by Bridgeport28A1
Taliaferro
Unfortunately Roger didn't put information about where he got a gun or serial numberson most guns other than the TSMG (it seems he did put SN info in on ads in the 70s, then stopped).I looked through several of the flyers I have and none haveSN for Reisings T

M17ap
Try Frank's Iannamico's yellow cover book on Reisings . There are some serial numbers listed. Sold my gun and the book.
