I am waiting on a Beretta 38/42 SMG to transfer.

What spare parts would you experts recommend?

Do you know of any source for 20 or 30 round mags ( other than Gunbroker)?
I can't find any.
I heard Beretta PM12 mags fit a 38/42.

(I have plenty of 40 round mags.)

Thanks

They are pretty stout.  Parts breakage on open bolt guns is pretty minimal and I've never broken anything.  The cool part about Italian subguns is they all can use the same magazines in 9mm including my Franchi and the pm12's as well as the 38 series and others.   Mags pop up at gunshows, gunbroker, etc, for reasonable money 15-45 depending on how bad you need them..   Numrich has them at $60
