On the Ulster Border, 1922, with C Drum:

 

 

and the South Dublin Brigade in Training… fast forward to 4min & 27 seconds., two more C drums.

The Thompson man doesn't appear to feel the need for a holster for his Colt Government Model.

Here is a 3 digit 1921A in the Imperial War Museum, London. It has had its serial number struck on the reciever. The lighting was poor so these are the best photos I could have taken without flash. The museum said it was seized from IRA members in the 1970's.

That could be one of the 1921's from the infamous East Side arms shipment.
