Italian Garand and BM59 receiver re-marking

I am getting parts ready for a project for to have Tim Shufflin convert a Garand receiver to BM 59 and was thinking about duplicating the receiver marking that Italians used to note the caliber change.

They removed the “Cal .30 M1” by either milling a band across it or repeating pattern over it.

This is the Tippo 2, 7.62 Garand marking which is more of a milled swipe and hand stamped cal conversion

Thanks to the provider of the pic. I can’t remember where I got it.

This is, presumably, the BM59. Instead of a stamping this is engraved or possibly rolled

The remarking on original USGI receiver is added to the flat above the heel and a new # marked below the original in this example. Now adding a ser # is out for me but I would love to find someone to do the marking work.

Does anyone know anyone who could handle this type of engraving?

I have seen lots of laser engravers out there and that result does just not look right to me. I'm looking to go a more traditional route.
