They are actually scarcer than the Cox book itself (though OBVIOUSLY not as high priced). He printed about 500 supplements in 1986 while he did 3200 books in 1982. The supplement has only a photo on the front, no photos inside. It is on slick glossy paper. Has some stuff on how the 86 McClure Volkmer affected Thompson collecting etc. I have them listed on Gary James' Unofficial Tommy Gun page (buried in the ad for the 2-hour Thompson video I produced in 1993).
