ppgcowboy
I have seen a couple from the outside, would love to see the inside. What specifically make it semi only?
rallen
I have seen a couple from the outside, would love to see the inside. What specifically make it semi only? Three modified pieces in the trigger assembly I believe. But TD would know for sure.

TD.
If you are seriously interested in the Model of 1927 Thompson Semi-Automatic Carbine, An Amateur's Guide for the Colt's Thompson Submachine Gun, has more information and detailed pictures about this Thompson model than has been previously published. All internal parts are covered with large color comparison pictures (thank you giantpanda4). The two chapters on the Model of 1927A and Model of 1927AC coupled with the chapter on the St. Louis Police Department Colt's (thank you rallen) provide a wealth of information on this very rare variation. The pile of Model of1927s on page 112 is to die for!
