Ltcboy, that is one nice collection! biggrin.gif cool.gif tongue.gif What is the background on the Thompson? blink.gif biggrin.gif Regards, Walter

P.S. That looks like an M-1 Carbine at the top and three M-1 Garands at the bottom. What exactly is just below the Thompson? It looks like (to my untrained eyes) it is a Springfield 1903? I'd join your squad, but I require a Thompson at all times! ohmy.gif biggrin.gif blink.gif cool.gif

Sincerely hope that no gun grease got onto the carpeting! My wife tolerates the hobby pretty well but that's where she draws the line!

Very nice grouping indeed.

I sold the one that didn't work good. This was before I met Merle. Don't worry, I'll find another. Maybe one for my M1 like I saw.

Mike, nice collection! Although, I don't think that they used any SAA's or Win 351's in ww2! biggrin.gif The Romainian AK suprised me though, as I at least expected a pre-ban! laugh.gif I have a question, what does the 28' weigh with the fully loaded 100 rounder on board? And does the sight picture raise up as the drum is empties? huh.gif

Well the 1928 is 10.48lbs. and 100 rounds is about 4.5, the drum is about 4, just a guess on the drum, so about 19lbs loaded. And yes it is hard to hold on target w/100 rounds in it.
The Win 351 is a 40's era that the B&O used to police, and the SAA is just out for air. The other is a Colt US Army made in 1943 according to the Colt Collectors Ass.
The AK is a freebe I got in a deal. Trading material.

Mike, NICE collection! The Romanians can be diamonds in the rough. I included a Pic of one of mine, that was recently parkerized by Global Trades. The Wood Set was Unfinished Birch Laminate from Ironwood Designs, finished to appear like an original Russian AKM. The Pistol Grip is dated Russian. Thought I'd share!

Yes LTCBOY does have a nice collection.
Thanks. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll add to it this week-end. I am looking for a BAR or a 1919A. The one M1 Garand was in VietNam with the owner I got it from. I haven't shot it yet.
