This is the 3rd annual event held in Richmond, IN on the 5th and 6th of June. It's a really good group who puts it on (yes, I'm part of the group). If you're in the "area", or not for that matter, take a look and see if it's something you would like to attend. Everyone has a great time. Let me know if I can get anyone additional info however, I think the registration packet on the following link will answer any of your questions.

Gosh CJ, I'll have to look into that one. Could you give us more details about last year when you went? Maybe, I might be able to make it.

Mike: Try to make it ????
You don't have a hair on .....
Put two guns, a bunch of ammo and David in the truck and drive over to Richmond. Easy.
Seriously, I think it'll be good time. I've shot at very few matches so I haven't got a lot of experience but, these guys really do a nice job of setting it up well, lots of targets, lots of help, lot's of RSO's and things really move very smoothly. I will say the .45'S do very well on the poppers vs. the 9mm's. After I got used to the stages, my 28 did fairly well taking stuff down with one burst. Kinda like Junglewalk's comments about the creek.
Old Trails club is a great place and they're very supportive of the event. There's plenty of parking close and it's a top notch deal. The only conflict for the central IN guys is that the 1500 gun show in Indy is the same weekend but, that's not that big a deal to miss one time.
I'm really looking forward to it a lot. Last year it rained on Saturday but was beautiful on Sunday. Still, everyone had a lot of fun. I'd say anyone in OH, IN and KY should really think about it.
Check out some of the pics on the above link and it'll give you a general idea of what the place looks like.

That's great. Glad to hear it. I'll post more info as the snow melts and the spring unfolds. Thanks.

Brickyard, it sounds like a good time.
I'd like to make it. Who knows? I'll keep it on the radar screen! After all, Western New York is not much farther than Cleveland.
Regards, Walter
