If you play Medal Of Honor, you must get Call Of Duty! 100x more realistic, 100x better graphics and a WAAAY better story line (missions)... More weapons (M1A1 Carbine, M1 Garand, Thompson, BAR, Springfield, Colt.45, M2 Gernade, PPSh, Mosin-Nagant w/scope, Luger, RGD33 Gernade, Lee Enfield, Sten, Bren LMG, MK1 Gernade, MP40, MP44, Kar98k w/scope, FG42, Luger, Panzerfaust) Two Drums UP!! It is a must have for WWII Gamers! UNBELIEVABLE!!

Anyone out there have it? Looking to do Multiplayer real soon!

I'm so into it! You'll see me playing as {FOUO}Liberator on multiplayer. I'm into the realism mods that make the damage way more realistic. None of this shoot a guy with an M1A1 8 times before he goes down crap. You can get All Seeing Eye to let you know what servers are out there (better than the CoD in game browser.) Look for servers with PRM in the title. PRM is THE BEST realism mod out there (CKR is cool but not as popular.) It has bleeding, drop weapons on hand/arm hits, weapon limiters so it doesn't become an MG spray fest.

If you guys want to play I have a server at 68.100.26.245 (look for {FOUO} in All Seeing Eye or Gamespy) where you can go and practice. Actually, you can just hit the tilde key and type "connect 68.100.26.245" and it should work (as long as my IP doesn't change!) If you have buddies that are into it, I'd love to have you meet there. I want guys there that are into the history of it and not just the gaming part. My server has weapon limits based on the WWII TOEs and it's all U.S. vs. Germans (but that may change if folks want me to change it.)

Let me know!

Sure if you guys want to setup a day and time. I'm on east coast time. The server runs mostly HQ mode now as I think it's one of the best to force people to play as a team. You'll need the CoD 1.2 patch to be able to connect.

Call Of Duty is an outstanding game as Nick stated but not sure if 100% better than MOH.

I too would be interested in joining any festivities with the onLine games. Just let me know (East Coast time) and I will like to give it a try.

I like the patch, actually. It cuts down on the "bunny hopping" problem where guys would just hop around like idiots to avoid getting shot (real realistic.) Never really had a problem with the patch. The fact that it adds the HQ gametype is a big plus for me.

What sort of bad news thing were you hearing?

Well, I know for a fact it makes sniper rifle much harder to use. Jacks up the wobble factor. I guess that's ok as there's no provision for figuring out range and adjusting the scope so before it was just point and click. Figure they added more wobble to put a challenge into it. I usually don't allow snipers on my server b/c they were really rare if you look at the TOEs (at least in Europe.)

Ok, let's start throwing out days we can all play. I'm pretty open at least after work hours. Any suggestions on a day? Weekend? Weekday?

The realism mods are only required if you're running a server. Just join a server with PRM (or CKR) in the title and you'll be getting the benefits of the realism mods without having to actually download anything. The client doesn't have to worry about it.
