Has anyone used the Buffer Technologies unit in their 21 or 28? Are there any better alternatives to the original equipment?
TIA

Where is the information on Buffer Technologies?
Is this for FA or SA Thompsons?
You can try this site they have poly buffers for the FA 1921 and 1928 Thompsons.

Last I knew, Buffer tech was selling their Mini 14 buffer and telling folks to “cut the ears off” for use in the Thompson. You need to be careful with the thickness of buffers for 28 TSMGs; they are supposed to be 3/16”. Any thicker and the ears of the lock may not touch the oiler pads, thinner and the oiler may take a beating as well as the receiver. The buffer Tech unit is ¼” thick.
The SRT buffers are good and on size.
