You can also upload avatars to the server and link to them as well. I think the setting for the avatars is in your "control panel" link.

PS. This is now on my main personal computer at my house, all the logins are logged. For the sake of my bandwidth I would appreciate if the images you upload are only used on this site and not linked to other message boards or ebay etc.
