Hi guys, I recently managed to pick up this mint rear stock with all the original hardware and wondered if it would be of interest to someone here.

I'll end the auction early if I get offered a good price.
Sorry for the plug, couldn't help myself...this is a really nice one.

Is it legal to import this?

Guys,
IMO, it is a gun part even if it is only a wood stock because it was made specifically for a TSMG. Assume it is not legal until you can determine otherwise.

I don't think it would be a problem to import. It's only the stock after all. Maybe someone here knows for sure?

When talking to Marstar in Canada, they said any accessory (like a sling) was OK to import, but any part, even a lowly screw was not legal to import and they wouldn't even try to sell me one.

Well, I thought you all might like to know that this sold and made it's way to Texas without any problem at all.

You have to love the Ebay name of the winner: ciasteve. Looks like a nice item indeed!

Wasn't me either!
Doesn't anyone remeber the kid who got his door kicked in for importing the frame? Frame or stock...doesn't make a difference. At this point...I would leave my door open so they do not have to kick it in!
