I noticed both for sale the other day, $168 for a patent date and $298 for a shot mag at J&G sales. I've sold a couple patent date ones on auction for $75 to $100 in the past year, so JG might be high price end.

I would take that shot mag in a NY second for $298. Please send details.
I agree with Lionhart you are talking $600+ for shot mags nowdays.

Both mags were sold (I called JG sales this morning). Well, who bought them? I hope one of the members here did and got a good buy.

I just bought a shot mag in Gunlist for $300. I was wondering if I got an ok deal. Mag is in very good shape. Guess from what people said here that was a good deal. There is a first.

Hi everybody. I don't post very often, as my time is limited. I have an original Colt patent date magazine (20-round) I would sell if you're interested. It has a good sized rust spot on it, but that may be restorable-I've seen some REAL talent on this board! I'll gladly send pics to anyone interested. my email address is phil4942@bellsouth.net. Thanks!
