Gone Pending..

I called BATF and my first NFA transfer, a WH -1928, has gone pending on August 31st ... Things are moving along.. tongue.gif

... any now they will stop for quite a while. Be patient! I am on four months and counting... seems as if the BATF is a little slow over the summer and back logged.

I must have missed the corporate part.

I heard over on Bowers that even those -in some cases even form 3's - were taking two months these days.

Got a call from my CIII dealer today .. my WH 1928 is ready to pick up.. paperwork has arrived... biggrin.gif tongue.gif

I should have it in hand by Wed. and I'll post some shots of the first firing when I get some.... biggrin.gif

I just got a form four approved took about 57 days. Had a friend that sent one about the same time and his was also approved in about 60 days. Bruce

This was a Form 4 also and it looks like it took only a little over a month to go from Pending to Approved...My paperwork is ready to go out on my MP40 too.. I hope it passes just as quick.. biggrin.gif

I tell you what though.. finding this board was the best thing that happened to me in terms of the info and the help in making sure all my i's were dotted and my t's crossed..Thanks to you all and your expertise I'm gonna finally get that Thompson I've been wanting for the past 35 years...May the Thompson Gods smile on you all and may you never have a jam.... laugh.gif
