I have located one, don't know the price yet, and just wondering what to expect.
Seems like I've seen or heard of them with a fairly wide price range, but alas I cannot remember.
Help please?
Thanks

Back in December of '03, I purchased in Massachusetts (that's correct, Massachusetts.. as in "The People's Republic Of") a 1928 WH in the 19XXa serial range, for $8,700. (Of course, the box mags won't lock into the mag catch and when they do, the gun fires a few rounds and then jams.) But for $8,700, I guess I can afford a C3 gunsmith to fix it.
Too bad I couldn't afford a Colt.

Your purchase has increased in value by several thousand $$$$$. A good thompsonsmith like PK will have it running like a clock.

AMEN to that!!!...P.K. will have it running better than a Colt....I know first hand cause I have a WH 28 redone by Paul and a 21 Colt...they both function flawlessly, but the Westy is a tighter fit all around...my WH28 went for $3500 in dec. 02....so you can see they are increasing very rapidly...send it to P.K. and enjoy...
