If there were ever a perfect example of how rarity and desirability go their separate ways, this is it. $89K for a knock-off TSMG. Since the ad mentions Tracie's book, I wonder if they sought out expert advice on what to "demand" for this gun?
There were "only" two known to exist prior to this discovery? That's beautiful!

WAIT! The ad says "chinEEse Thompson, not chinese Thompson, and it says it in two places so it can't be a typo. Now a chinEEse Thompson - that's a rare one indeed!
Still, they claim to have all the paperwork and provenance so I guess beauty (and value) is in the eye of the beholder. Whoever pays this price though probably won't have enough left to order anything from Corrumn B.

I'm not a doctor, but maybe the seller needs to have his meds adjusted. Hey, the Respected One could develop and market Thompson Anti-Greed pills! And yes, ChinEEse. Maybe it has oliginal Brish device too. Swaying from the topic anyway, log onto engrish.com. It's good clean fun.

Now if I could just find those ChinEEse letter stamps/punches there would be 4 of these Thompsons in existence-
Poor fella, specualting like that- He better find another Musuem to buy this one- Tommies are nice but not that nice. To me, just my opinion, anything that cost more than one of the very few Stoners is too much-except one of the miniguns like Dillons which are even fewer in number.
