I'm brand new to this forum, and saw the group buy info on drums. If it happens, and its still possible, please put me down for 1 . Thanks very much

Not to be the pessimist, but I'm worried about the timing. With Kerry and Bush even in the polls, it's 50:50 we'll have a new AWB in January . . . |
Not a chance. kerry can't make law, he can only sign in what Congress sends him.
Unless both House and senate change hands, it will not happen. I see Kerry, emboldened by his debate showing, is now promising a new AWB, with no *loopholes*. Thats will cost him, as the phony duck hunter image has been stripped bare.

I hope you're right but I am preparing for the worst. Don't assume Kerry can't pressure a republican congress to pass a new AWB - there were a lot of crossover votes last time around.

Maybe Kerry can't make laws....but apparently the country is going to stand by and allow Federal Judges act as Kings and decree standing laws and amendments as unconstitutional. With five Supreme Court seats to be filled during the next administration I shudder to think who Kerry could appoint.

Remember- no orders are being taken at this time, no lists of names are being kept.
Stay tuned to this board for further information.

I hear the sounds of drums beating in the distance...
Oh, that's just the steel being stamped!

Thanks from me too !!
If we get them in December, I think a Group 50 Round Dump would be in order at the stroke of Midnight on New Years !!

Now I'm old and grey Fernando,
And I still don't have a drum
To fit the Thompson in my hand.
Maybe this time we'll be lucky,
Before they pass another pointless,
Ineffective weapons ban -
Damn politicians never tire
Of legislating
Just because they can.
There was something in the air that night,
... etc.
Now all we have to do is convince Abba to rewrite the rest of it and cut a single to swing popular culture to the side of supporting the Second Amendment ...

"Tin stamping and orders coming,
With PK on the phone.
This December I hear the drumming...
four 'L' drums of my own!!"

Actually I only mentioned three a few months ago when this whole thing started, but "Four" fit the song better!!
Getting in the spirit now!!
