The same source in Russia we have seen in many prior posts - Order, and spend the next several years in the gray bar hotel.

how many of these auctions or post on for sale forums are the work of the ATF??

Unknown; probably none of them. It doesn't really matter. These are bad news and a lot of trouble waiting to happen.

Aside from the importation laws, the receivers on theses "dummys" are still 100% functional and that alone is worth a large fraction of your life in jail.

They are tempting, but I wouldn't touch them.

I have communicated with a man in Siberia (Russia), and over there these are ok to own as they are deactivated in accordence to Russian (and European) law. Unfortunantly, they ARE NOT deactivated under US law. sad.gif
