Hi,

Does anyone know if there will be any Drum lubricating tools at the SAR Show in Phoenix this year? Do you think it's worth bringing Drums to the show just in case?
I'm thinking about bringing some L Drums to the show because I remember in years past there was a booth that had the tools for sale and would lube L Drums for a nominal fee.
See you at the Show.

Thanks,
Johnny

Merle will be there, I'd guess he would have his tools there to lubricate your drums. Say Hi for me.

Dan,

Thanks for the info. I thought that Merle would be at the SAR show, but I wasn't sure about the Drum tools. Sorry you won't be able to attend.

Take Care,
Johnny

Merle had his drum lubricator tool there. Dunno if he brought a grease gun and grease.

Doug,

Thanks for the update. I think I'll bring my Drums anyway just in case he has the grease gun and grease to lube them. I'm coming up tomorrow.

See You There,
Johnny

What is there to lubricate with a drum?

It works using spring tension sort of like a box magazine except for a different type of spring.
Do you lubricate your box mags?

And if there is any metal rubbing with the drum then it may need some fixing. dry.gif
