lewis505
Thanks for the solid "intel" from replies to my other post; more details on this replica is what I'm interested in; what I have is a KOKUSAI INDUSTRY CO.LTD replica Thompson; came w/ a 39 or 50 rd drum & a vertical pistol grip; does anyone have any info on the model and if it can accept "legit" parts or mods to parts? mp40
Hi Lewis505, wow, a Kokusai Thompson? I collect Japanese "Modelguns" especially the submachine guns..and I have been collecting them for some time now, but I have never heard of, or have seen a Kokusai version of the Thompson! How close of a copy is it? is it all zinc? Also, is there any date stamps on it? and does it have "smg" stamped any where on it? Finally, do you have any "cartridges" for it? if you want some information on modelguns check out my site.
lewis505
It is all metal..I guess a "HW" by your standards! Not sure of the dates or stamps, but will go check & post back. No cartridges either http://www.machinegunbooks.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/html/emoticons/sad.gif It needs a buttstock & would like a horizontal foregrip & 20 or 30 rd magazine for it Thanks for the reply Lewis
