It`s a proud day when Paul Krogh calls!....don`t mean to sound like I`m braggin`,...but I really am proud of bringing this war horse back to life...sent my early British contract Savage 28 Dewat to PK 9 months ago and she is on her way home!!...this is almost how I felt when I brought the kids home from the maturnity ward...now if I could just get picture posting figured out... dry.gif

This might be a stupid question, but was the gun already activated when you bought it or did PK do that for you? And hurry up with those pics! wink.gif

Scoobie 1,...I acquired the dewat and later sent it to PK to restore it to its original look and function...an early British contract, NAC suffix, amnesty registered,Savage, that was dewatted in 1968 during the amnesty..duh...so this gun has been silent for 37 years and I`m sure it has a lot of talkin` to catch up on...it is a tough assignment... wink.gif... I hope I`m up for the challenge... laugh.gif
